Responsibilities for this Deputy Managing Director Job Ayutthaya

• Oversee and manage overall plant operations for manufacturing products supplied to the automotive industry
• Support the Managing Director in operational strategy planning and execution
• Manage key operational functions including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain and commercial
• Ensure operational performance meets targets in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality systems, and customer requirements
• Lead, develop, and manage senior managers and operational teams
• Act as a management representative in coordination with customers and related parties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Operations Management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in senior management or plant management roles
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial processes
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility with high professional ethics
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on organizational objectives
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English communication

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
