GM Manufacturing – Top General Manager Manufacturing Bangkok

We are recruiting for a General Manager Manufacturing Bangkok position. This role involves managing all operational aspects, from injection molding to assembly, for a Precision Engineering company.

The GM will manage the P&L, ensure zero-defect quality, and establish the future of digitalized operations for medical and life science customers. Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations Management is critical.

Responsibilities for this General Manager Manufacturing Bangkok Role

• Direct and manage manufacturing operations to meet financial, productivity, and zero-defect goals.
• Assimilate operations financial targets along with comprehensive CAPEX proposals.
• Support business priorities and operational transformation to cascade plans throughout all operations.
• Implement effectively new operations layout, processes, and transformations.
• Responsible for total customer satisfaction from business generation to product end-of-life.
• Manage both existing and new complex projects with alignment to Group strategic business priorities.
• Facilitate problem-solving and crisis management activities.
• Manage staffing, development, and performance evaluation to uphold team competencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Science, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 12 years operations experience in Precision Engineering / Plastics related industry
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
• Proven cross-functional experience as an executive or senior management position
• Proficiency in English
• Solid understanding of industry value-chains from design to manufacturing
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a positive mindset
