Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Premium CFO Job FMCG Bangkok

The CFO has overall supervision of the finance and accounts team and is accountable for financial reporting, administrative duties, risk management, and guiding investment strategies. This role requires expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and strategic planning.

Key Duties for this CFO Job FMCG Bangkok

• Presenting and reporting accurate and timely financial information of the company to the board and all stakeholders (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Development and monitoring of contract and organizational budgets.
• Responsible for the company’s overall financial health, risk management, and capital structure.
• Determine the best debt-equity ratio mix to manage company funds effectively.
• Participate in developing new business and assist the CEO in drafting prospective budgets and funding opportunities.
• Work with senior leadership to ensure financial and operational success through cost-benefit analysis.
• Training and increasing awareness related to financial management matters across the organization.
• Monitor banking activities and ensure adequate cash flow is in place.
• Adhere to the law and company’s policies regarding compliance and regulations.
• Overall supervision of finance and accounts team.

Qualifications

• A Chartered Accountant qualification
• 10+ years of experience in FMCG in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles (IFRS), with excellent knowledge of corporate financial laws
• Broad technical knowledge in credit control, risk management, investment, and cash flow forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP)
• Experience in corporate governance and negotiation
• Experience in partnering with an executive team and reporting to a board of directors
