Location: Rojjana Ayutthaya, Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday. Hybrid, flexible
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager – IT Operations & Infrastructure
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
• Controlling, monitoring and maintaining all IT networks and systems in the office
• Setting up both hardware and software for users.
• Running a help desk and solving daily problems for each internal user in LOSCAM Group.
• Responsible for users’ accounts and managing permissions.
• Backup for the Application implementation project.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
• Actively provide support to internal users and drive positive IT service culture and satisfaction
• Travel to various sites to provide tech support
• Maintain and improve service desk system, documenting IT related problems and solutions on the technical database
• Setup, install, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software and infrastructure
• Provide Support and participate in IT projects including upgrades, migrations and outage.
• Maintain records, update inventory and service database
• Provide training to users
• Implementing and administering security systems
• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure maximum availability of production environment by providing effective support
• Other duties as assigned by the IT Department.

• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
• Ability to work unsupervised while still focused on achieving IT team goals.

• All work requests are addressed and closed off
• Identify and setup time of potential problems
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Can work independently and as a good team player
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies, Windows infrastructure, virtual environment, MDM and FortiGate security devices
• Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver within agreed timeline
• Ability to travel occasionally
