Sales Manager – IT Solutions (Enterprise, Network & Security)

Location: On Nut Rd, Prawet / Hybrid
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8:00 A.M. – 5.00 P.M.
Report: General Manager / Sub. 30 People.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our IT solutions sales team, specializing in Enterprise Solutions, Network, and Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key vendor relationships, and leading a diverse sales team.

This role requires strong solution selling expertise, Enterprise Solutions including Infrastructure platform, Network, Security, Storage, and Data Center. excellent relationship management with both customers and vendors, and outstanding English communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of managing a sales team that consists of individuals across different age groups and mindsets, ensuring seamless collaboration between traditional and modern perspectives

Role and Responsibilities

 Develop and execute sales strategies for Enterprise Solutions, Network, and Security products.
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and customers to expand business opportunities.
 Lead, train, and motivate a large sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT solutions that add value to their businesses.
 Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
 Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
 Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to optimize business operations.
 Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Specific Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT solution sales, particularly in Enterprise Solutions, Network, or Security.
• Proven track record in sales team management, with a strong ability to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Extensive network and relationships with key IT vendors and partners in the industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong ability to manage customer accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the capability to manage and support a large and diverse sales team.
• Deep understanding of a multigenerational and diverse corporate culture, fostering an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure while driving the team toward success.
