Sales Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Ladkrabang Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 -17.30, Monday – Friday.
Report: Sales Director

The Sales Manager is responsible for defined product portfolio, industrial sector or territory. This position is responsible for the sales and profitability of the assigned product portfolio and area. The Sales Manager gives guidance and support to their subordinate, but not limited and following business developments. To be a successful sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing

Role and Responsibilities

Business
• Responsible for marketing, sales, growth and gross profit of the assigned product portfolio or territory.
• Prepare budget for the assigned product portfolio and area.
• Ensure realization of goals together with superiors.
• Ensure healthy stocks & debtor levels together with Head of Department.
• Ensure that principal / supplier of assigned product portfolio is well informed about the business progress, and good relationships with them are built.
• Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking of assigned product portfolio.
• Report progress to superior monthly in standardized format.
• Set aggressive sales targets and implement concrete plans to achieve them.
• Prepare budget and budget presentation to superior.

Innovation
• Pool and structure trial data, success stories, product and application information and disseminate to all staff and management concerned.
• Suggest R&D projects that could help with product development and positioning of the BU.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect the business.

Customer
• Grow customer base and conduct product trials with customers and translate results into sales.
• Conduct product trials with customers and translate results into sales.

Additional: (Leadership & People Development, others specific task, etc)
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary or a related field
• At least 5 years sales experience in animal feed additives and Integrated Farm
• Good command of English
• Own vehicle and driving license
• Able to be travelling domestic and aboard

Income Package Offers

• Basic Salary depending on Candidate’s current package and experiences
• Monthly of Car Allowance 16,000 / EV 19,000
• Fleet Card 7,000 / EV 4,000
• Fix Bonus as 13th Month Salary
• Annual Bonus Performance (Profit-sharing to be discussed)
• Annual Leave 10-15 Days
• Provident Fund 10%
